View Brisbane is currently seeking a Casual Guest Service Agent to be part of the Front Office Team

The role of the Guest Service Agent is to deliver an unforgettable service experience to our guests whilst delivering personal touches.

Key responsibilities include:

Handling of both incoming and internal hotel calls from both guests and residents, with responsibility for owning each guest query and coordination of hotel services to meet guest needs;
Handling of reservations overflow and after hours calls;
Liaison with Front Office Manager and Concierge teams ensuring the efficient delivery of services to hotel guests.
Use of the hotel-based computer system

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

To be a successful candidate:

A passion for guest service and the desire to work in a four and half-star hotel environment;
Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail;
The ability to work a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends;
Strong communication skills and highly developed organisational skills;
The ability to think on your feet and solutions focused approach to problem solving;
A willingness to learn and grow.
Eligibility to work in Australia.
